Includes: everything you need to sell and run a 2 day program for 10 - 12 yr olds!
Complete curriculum to run a 2 day Tweens program (4-5 hours each day) that we've run for HUNDREDS of students (with a fresh 2022 update!).
Digital copies of everything so you can deliver as is or edit and make it your own - scripts, outlines, suggested shopping list for resources and optional student gifts, playlists, slide shows and worksheets.
Resources to help you sell it - suggested sales page copy to copy and paste into your own website/event listing, confirmation emails to parents and social media templates to use as a starting point and add your own logo.
Ideal to run for a group of 10-15 students, where we recommend charging approximately $180 - $350 per student, depending on your context and community.
One-off fee for a complete workshop that you can sell and deliver over-and-over!

Option to order the physical version, which includes a binder full of hard-copy resources AND a deck of conversation starter cards designed specifically for teens and tweens (teen-approved by our Online Academy members!).

- Understand positive body image and self-esteem
- Communicate effectively – online & offline
- Nurture happy, healthy friendships
- Take care of their skin with natural products (make face masks + body scrubs!)
- Feel confident at the dinner table (table etiquette - if you want to!)
- Understand the importance of nourishing the body (make smoothies + bliss balls!)
- Start to become aware of the importance of taking care of themselves and the world around them
- Have fun with self-care, including a manicure (the best chats happen during moments like these!) and/or swap some of these self-care activities out for vision boards and craft activities (suggested alternatives included).
The best part is, you can choose to deliver it word-for-word or make it your own! You might choose to run this as an 8-week program instead, or pull out specific activities to run with 1:1 clients or larger groups.

This resource pack is sold as an individual license for you to deliver the program, under your own branding, through your own business. It is HIGHLY recommended that you have completed our Youth Mentor Training or are a very experienced youth mentor and facilitator already with your own established organisation.
